Supplier DFF not visibile on the Supplier Profile page

Summary:

Hello All, We have created Supplier DFF and trying to deploy through Sandbox. However the Supplier DFF is not visible in the front end. This issue is happening in PRD instance. In our DEV instance this works fine. Will appreciate if anyone faced similar issue and guide us
