Defaulting Notice period based on Probation Rules

edited Dec 8, 2021 2:28PM in Human Capital Management 1 comment

Summary:

Hi all

We have a requirement for our client where they want to default Notice Period based on Probation. Please let us know if this can be achieved using AutoComplete Rules

For example this is the business rule for UK.

If Employee completes his probation within 6 months from Hire Date then the notice period is 2 weeks. Else, the notice period is 1 month.

Can you please let us know if there is a solution using ACR
