UK Payroll - HMRC Statutory retention period
How is payroll data managed once it reaches the statutory retention period of 6 years
As per the current HMRC guidelines, the statutory retention period for payroll date (like salary records, overtime, bonuses etc) is 6 years from the end of the tax year to which they relate.
How is this managed within Oracle Payroll module? Does anyone have a process already in place?
