Blanket purchase agreement support time for End date

Summary:

Need to be able to enter and store time section of end date in Blanket purchase agreement.

Content (required):

Currently if we enter end date as 08-Dec-2021 then BPA gets end dated in 08-Dec-2021 00:00 hrs but there is requirement from our client that it should end on 08-Dec-2021 23:59hrs.

Unfortunately, right now the standard "End date" fields don't support time, only date.

If any of you can think of a smart workaround for this gap, please update this post.
