Summary:

The issue is when clicking on the download button in PDF output, an HTML file is downloaded instead of a PDF.

Would there be any setting to set in the BIP report to fix?

and there are two workarounds: either print and save as pdf or export as pdf. But using this 1-click method would be better, if possible
