Application Error - Termination

Summary:

Content (required):On two attempts to terminate one employee we have received two errors

incident: 43, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_HA, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP.

and

incident: 50, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_HA, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP.

all the mandatory fields have been filled in, i have checked Oracle and of course google and nothing similar is shown especially when it comes to terminations
