Can't login after accidentaly deleting stack containing every resource from root compartment

Summary: I cannot login with any kind of option I have

Content (required): I created a stack from my root compartment to include all resources there so I could get a brief idea of what I would need to provision in terraform, after creating the stack I did not run it, so I deleted the stack thinking it would simply delete the 'terraform stack information' which contained all information the resources, however, what happened was that when I hit 'Destroy' it actually removed everything inside my root compartment, including users. I still have my welcome email password but it didn't work, I kindly ask just to revive my principal account so
