I have set my service requests with a deleted flag set to Y on 09/12. I have set the profile option SVC_SR_IN_DELETED_DAYS to 1. I have run the purge job Purge Deleted Service Requests on 10/12, yet the service requests are still available in the back end. What determines if the service request is purged?
