We have used the standard oracle formula named WFM_TCR_THRESHOLD_TWO_TIER_SEVEN_DAY_AP to add our business requirement, this formula does not evaluate across time card periods. We are looking for a T&L expert that has worked with this, that can provide some insight on how to achieve this.
