How to create PTO Model items that can be used for Transfer Orders?

Summary

Requirement is to do transactions via Transfer Orders using a PTO Model item.

Content (required):

We tried to configure a PTO Model Item and enabled Internally Transferable Flag as Yes. But system popped an error. Thus, system is not allowing to create the item.
