Learning Item Contibution Approval

Summary:

Hi,

I have set approval for Learning Item Contibution Approval from Manage Approval Transactions for Human Capital Management task.I have set it to send aproval to a specific user.When i submit an item from ESS, I am getting notifictaion saying it goes for approval and the status is also showing Pending approval. But Its not sending any notification for approval and also I am not able to see this transaction in tansaction console.
