Blanket Purchase Agreements - Query only role

How to setup a Query Only role to have access to Blanket Purchase Agreements

Does any one manage to create a role that allows to read BPAs, without having access to POs?

We have certain users that should be able to see all the BPA content without the capability to modify them or see Purchase Orders.

There is an OTBI report, but that displays POs, only.
