Approval self approve based on AOR?

Summary:

How do we achieve self approving a change assignment transaction based on the submitters AOR i.e. if the requester holds a "Finance Manager" AOR want it to self approve and move to the job level branching shown below. We do not have a Finance Manager job role just an AOR and I can only see the ability to add IF logic for roles not AORs.

We have self approval rules for HR specialists (which have job roles) but because Finance Managers are only an AOR I am unsure how we can build similar logic, any ideas?
