Best Practices and approaches for integration from third party application to OLM

Hi there, have a requirement to integrate the learning data from third party application to Oracle Learning Management System.

I see a few attributes such as employee name, number, course name, frequency(renewal), date taken, next course due date etc. from the source system and will need to integrate these attributes to HCM Cloud(target system).

How do I approach by using HDL business objects specifically the assignment number as wanted to customized it with alpha numeric. Also, I see that, should use course.dat and learningrecord.dat business objects to achieve this. But, how do we achieve for the courses which have renewal future dates? Finally, how do I load offering and content such as SCORM and AICC?
