We should able to assign roles on the basis of Position.

Ability to assign roles and access on the basis of position. i.e. Suppose employee is having position as Payables User (Process Invoice) then system should automatically assign Accounts Payable Specialist roles to him. If for the same employee the position is changed to Payables Manager then from that effective date system should assign Accounts Payable Manager role to that same employee and end date the earlier role with the same date. Also according to that role system sould assign the access.
