Creating a bare-bone, "free tier" OCI autonomous database

Summary:

Hello I am using a free tier OCI account. Trying to create a free PaaS OCI autonomous database. However after filling up all the information when I hit "Create autonomous database" nothing happens.


When I go to https://cloud.oracle.com/limits?region=us-ashburn-1 and check for my service limits, I am not using any DB resource and I should be able to have two instances under "always free" according to the service limits
