Setting up a Connectivity Agent

Summary:

I've followed the instructions at https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/integration-cloud/integrations-user/downloading-and-running-premises-agent-installer.html#GUID-C12FA0F2-6264-4C60-BC90-C76850317304 to setup and install a Connectivity Agent. I've used different variations of the oic_URL. I've been on VPN and off VPN. I can connect to OIC Integrations through a browser. When I use the command prompt to run: java –jar connectivityagent.jar I am getting error: "Agent Installation Failed !!! Incorrect OIC Username / Password provided." How do I overcome this issue?
