    Whenever adding or updating an Action or Action Reason (Workforce Structures ->> Other Processes ->> Configure Actions, Workforce Structures ->> Other Processes ->> Action Reasons), the "Context Values" dropdown field is null.

    How does someone add a context value so that the field can populate with those choices?
