Reports Waterfall Chart, no Totals starting amount!

In Reports Waterfall Chart, there is no Totals starting amount option, like in Excel, causing a distorted visualization. I also played around with the custom ranges for the Y axis to no avail.

Do we know when this enhancement will take place?
