Route to the next approver when the current approver do not act on the notification
Summary:
We have a requirement wherein when the current approver does not act on the notification for a specified period of time, it should escalate to the next approver. Is this possible?
Content (required):
We tried setting a deadline [Expire Only] and Early Completion setting is unchecked but did not work, so as setting a Skip Rule.
Is there a way to implement this and how?
