Reporting on element entry Correction - getting new and former values?

Summary: There is a need to report on changes made to an element entry record of a person, where the 'Correct' editing option was used (not Update). We are seeking to get the new values and the former values. The thing is, a Correction does not generate a new record (like an Update does) in the table PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_VALUES_F
