Hide "Provide Feedback" from Directory

Hello Everyone,

We have a requirement to hide "Provide Feedback" in Directory.

Apparently, we can provide feedback and set the visibility to everyone.

As per oracle documentation (Doc ID 2705857.1), we need to personalize the page.

But I just want to know if there is any privilege that I can remove from employee role.
