UK Shared Parental Leave - Occupational entitlement based on child birth date

Summary:

Can a Global Absence Plan Entitlement fast formula access details on the Entitlement Agreement in order to calculate entitlement eligibility? Requirement is 1 year's service as at the end of the Qualifying Week, which requires access to expected birth date.

Content (required):

For maternity and paternity leave, the Expected Birth Date can be accessed from a fast formula using the IV_EXPECTEDCHILDBIRTHDATE input value because it is held on the absence entry itself, they use the Childbirth/placement absence pattern for the absence type.

For shared parental leave, the expected/actual birthdate is held on the Entitlement Agreement because it is an agreement absence, not on the absence record. The absence type is generic, not childbirth. So is it possible to access the Expected Birth Date that is held on the Entitlement Agreement?

Howdy, Stranger!
