Query for Manage Data Provisioning Rules

Does anyone know the tables or a have a query built to pull data provisioning rules? When you export from the screen you cannot get all the fields, specifically position.

Content (required):

I need to pull out all of our data provisioning rules and the appropriate criteria for each rule. Exporting from the screen leaves off critical fields that cannot be added. I would rather not build a mapping manually and add those fields. Would like a report that I can export those at any time.
