When will OLC support videos with closed captions?

Summary:

Is there someone from Oracle that can confirm when OLC will support videos with closed captions?

Content (required):

We need this functionality to allow us to adhere to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines. I'm aware there is an idea in the lab, which I have upvoted.

We do have a workaround in place for some of our video based compliance training but its not ideal and means we're having to manually transfer training records back into OLC.
