Subject Areas not fetching data properly

"Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time" subject area not fetching the data properly.

Content (required):

I am working in internal test instance, it has some junk data. Assignment Real Time and Assignment Event Real Time subject areas are not fetching data properly. For Ex: when I select person Number, Name, Email data is showing in result tab but the moment I add business unit or department name or Job name no result will be shown by analysis. Even if I display headcount column alone result will not show. What could be the reason, is there any process to run to sync the data in OTBI? Appreciate your help thank you.
