We have a requirement to create absence workflows using AOR.

Means when the Employee submits absence it should go for Line Manager approval then for AOR user approval followed by FYI to HR

the challenges are in 2 scenarios.

  1. When the Employee himself is a AOR then the apporval notification should go to Line Manager for approval then FYI to HR. Means this should skip the AOR approval step as the Absence Entry submitted by Employee himslef is an AOR user.
  2. When the Employee's Line manager and AOR are same then approval should go one time and once it is approved then FYI to HR. Means Since Line Manager and AOR both are same so, the apporval should go only one time.
