Date Type is not respected in Smartview for a form

Date Type is not respected in Smartview for a form

It seems that the Data Type: DATE is not respected in smartview and display as value. I tried to resolve it by changing the Number and use a Custom DATE format, but instead of displaying:

Example: 25/11/01 it displays 25/11/00

NOTE: In Europe the year is at the end.

We selected under user preference for date: Automatically detect, so it should pick up the locale of the Browser.

Any ideas on how to resolve?
