Hi All,
Greetings!
We have observed an issue with the process request not completing even when there is no active thread in progress.
e.g.
It says “This process is in In Progress status. (PAY-1636622)” but there is open / running thread.
And when the process ID is cancelled - the thread shows as cancelled (or in error) but the main process still continue to show up as "In Progress"
Has anyone come across this issue? The process continues to remain dangling as In Progress even after all the process ID are terminated , due to which we are unable to submit new process extract.
