How to setup Province Based Discount

Summary:

How can we setup discount/adjustment based on PROVINCE ? We have Province in the Customer Site address, and the customer needs to configure discount/adjustment based on Provinces. ?


Can we achieve this in anyway ?


I tried to see if this attribute is present in Service mapping, however I am unable to find there:



Is there any way else to setup Province based Discount ?
