Employee Manager Change HDL Issue

Summary:

Hello,

I'm trying to update the employees supervisor and passed the all details in HDL template but some unknown reasons its getting failed, throwing an error for workterms record (You must enter a valid value for the Action Code field.). I have passed the Action Code for workterms not sure what else I'm missing. Please advise if anybody have come across this issue.
