PPM-RMCS integration. Contract amendment question

Summary:

Is there any possibility to obtain revenue recognition updates from Contract Management to RMCS without creating amendment of the contract in Contract Management?

Content (required):

I am trying to find out if there is any possibility to recognize additional revenue than the initial funded one in RMCS.

Context: the business has contracts as following: 1 contract with 3 lines, 1st line is for the actual TCV and the second and third ones are optional (second for overtime billed and recognized separately, in case needed and the third one is for expenses of the consultants, if needed, same billed and recognized separately from the first line).
