Gamification and Badging system for employees activities

I'm looking to having some kind of gamification on the employee’s activities regarding their training and performance.

I'm looking to having some kind of gamification on the employee’s activities regarding their training and performance. This includes:

- Having a leaderboard and badging/system for awarding the employees once they complete a certain activity

- An engine where I can assign points/badges based on certain employees’ activity

- Be able to offer some kind of bonuses based the employee points/badge

 

Have anyone came across a partner extension that can provide this kind of functionality, or at least part of it. Ideally im looking something similar to
