Dear Experts ,

We have a question relating to the Asset lease accounting in Oracle.

We have just renewed our property lease. As part of the renewal we get a 3 month rent free period.

Per the IFRS16 guidance it shows that this rent free period should be reduced from the right of use asset value.

1. While adding lease In which screen do we enter this detail , what payment type should be selected (Periodic Lease payment, Variable Lease payment ,Other Payment ) ?
