How to mass update(via HDL or someway) email IDs for users whose person record is not created.

Summary:

How to mass update(via HDL or someway) email IDs for users whose person record is not created.

Content (required):

We have some users in system whose person records are not created in system as part of business need. And we need to update their email addresses preferably through HDL or some other mass load way.

With worker.dat person-email HDL we can mass update records for whom there exists a HR person record. In our case there is not any HR records but only user account is created and would like to update emails for such users (Select distinct EMAIL from PER_LDAP_USERS).

Howdy, Stranger!
