How to Add Document of Record Object from HCM Employment Flow to Approval BIP Notification

Has anyone had success adding the DoR added during an HCM employment flow to the approval BIP workflow notification? If so, what needs to be added

Update: I figured out how to add the mention of the DoR from the data model, via customization of the TerminationReport template, however how can I render the item as a link to point to the actual object itself? Right now, I have added the object, but in the approval it displays the name of the added Document of Record, and I cannot figure out how to include the actual attachment in the same way a transaction attachment is included/presented to an approver...
