Convert Pending Worker Hangs When Transitioning from the Salary Page to the Review Page

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

We are using the Classic UI and our user is performing Convert Pending Worker transactions.

When transitioning from the Salary Page to the Review Page the Review Page displays with a gray overlay and then freezes (please see screen shot below).

The user can no longer continue without going back through all the previous pages and verifying that the information entered is still correct.

The user right clicks and and selects "reload" and then is able to successfully submit the transaction.

The user should be able to process the Convert Pending Worker without going through all the aforementioned steps.
