Need Help regarding Approvals in Learning

Hi All,

We have approvals to be set up in learning.Below are the scenario's.Could you please share if you have any come across such scenario and how to acheive it.

1.Can we setup learning completion approval for External Learning.Ex.LinkedIn learning , when employee completes the course it should go to manager for approval and then only status should change to completed.

2 .Can we have separate approvals for External learning and catalog course completion .If yes, how can we identify the external learning attribute.

3.Can we set approval per learning item.

4.Is there any document related to approval attributes for Learning, tables where it is stored etc..
