Summary:

NetSuite Planning & Budget (NSPB) uses saved searches to import data and metadata from NetSuite into Planning. Saved Searches are part of a bundle. I have used the Income statement saved search, had to only update the currency and tried to use this to import 12 months of data. Between NetSuite and Data management the sum of all 12 months is loaded into every month. One would like only the applicable month's data to be uploaded into a month

Checking data management workbench- it is obvious that the same 2309 records for the total year is loaded into every month. Data Management then adds this together and loads it into each of the applicable months selected when triggering a data load rule. There seems to be a disconnect between NetSuite Periods and Planning & Budget Periods. The data load rule uses Explicit period mapping. I have tried several changes in the saved search but nothing helps.
