Transaction Console report by person

Summary:

Is it possible to get a report on the transaction console data that includes the employee person number?

Content (required):

Failed or Pending Transactions cause errors during other processes e.g. Mass Legal Employer Change therefore we would like to be able to run a report prior to completing the process to reduce the number of errors. We can report on the transactions and the status but it doesn't give us any data with regards to the employee or the employees assignment. It would be beneficial if we could report by legal employer etc.

Has anyone been able to do this and happy to share the report or let me know how to do this please.
