Unable to generate Capitalized Interest

Summary:

Unable to generate Capitalized Interest when all setups and thresholds are in place. What could be the reason?

Content (required):

  1. In the Manage Capitalized Interest Rates page, create a capital interest rate.
  2. In the Manage Capitalized Interest Rate Schedules page, create a rate schedule and then click the Build Rate Schedule button.
  3. Create expenditure items (AP Invoice) and Post to General Ledger.
  4. Run the Cost Import and Process.
  5. Ensured the PA and FA periods are open.
  6. Run the Generate Capitalized Interest process. --> output is blank with no detail/error
