Change Personal Information task goes for approval instead of FYI
Summary:
We have configured some rules for Change Personal Information. One of those rules is to send an FYI notification when there is a change in employee's gender and higher education. The FYI is supposed to be sent to a group of users with a specific security role.
However, instead of an FYI notification, an approval required notification is sent. The tasks are supposed to be auto-approved, however that doesn't happen either.
