Requisition Template Search - Can we add Requisition Title to the Filter options?

We are working to update over 1000 templates and thru this process we are removing all job descriptions from the templates. When remove the template description/qualifications we are no longer able to see the requisition template when we search for it under the Keyword.

We are working to update over 1000 templates and thru this process we are removing all job descriptions from the templates. When remove the template description/qualifications we are no longer able to see the requisition template when we search for it under the Keyword. In the screenshot below you can see that we are searching for "Dir - Operations - Mexico" however in the results which pull back 72 option the actual template does not come up. To find the template I actually have to search by Job Field Office>Operations and page thru until I find that
