Summary:

For the last month (possibly a little longer) our users are getting a old period displayed when they go into Reconciliations. They select a new period and everything is good, but the next time they login it reverts back the original period. Most of them are seeing Oct-21, and I actually see Jun-21. I've replicated this across multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and have even replicated it on a computer where I had never logged into ARCS before.

We opened a ticket with Oracle support and they directed us to clear cache (only provided instructions for IE). Given that I can replicate across multiple browsers and it's persists even on a brand new computer, it does not appear cache is an issue.
