So I registered today after many, many, many attempts but i selected a region (Milan) that seems to have no ARM resources, I tried to subscribe a new region without luck, tried to delete my root instance and my account to start over but i cannot, the live chat agents were completely useless, i cannot raise a SR because the system says i don't have a support agreement, what am I supposed to do?
