When doing a Mass Legal Employer Change any future salary entries are removed and no longer visible in the old or the new work relationship. Is there any way to retain future salary data?

Any Element Entries are end dated with the date prior to the transfer date and not copied across, is there any way to retain this information please other wise we will need to data load all the data after the transfer.
