Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a 'Concept Structure' and convert it to an item/structure and later change the lifecyle phase of the items to 'Production' in Product Development to enable these items/structure in PIM.

We have the following queries :

1. We see that the items which are created in PIM from the Concept structure have Root Item Class as the Item Class and Item type as Finished Goods. Is there a way we can create the items with the Item class and Item type that we want or this has to be changed manually in PIM. For Ex. we want to create a structure with items which are PTO Model and PTO Option Classes/Components and also have all the necessary item attributes defined.
