Smart View AdHoc analysis error - member xxxx is out of place

Smart View connected to FCCS but when running an AdHoc analysis an error popped up with: Member Account is out of place.

Hello,
I've encountered an issue with Smartview Adhoc analysis when it refuses to run with an error message of: 'Member Account is out of place '
I have:
- installed and uninstalled SV
- connected and disconnected the connection (sometimes it fails to connect even though I am using the same URL with the SV Admin add-on and it worked fine)
- changed the Alias back and forth from None to Default
- All standard Options settings
- I selected/typed in a member and it still says OUT OF PLACE.
