21D: New attributes available for Change Personal Information transactions

Oracle has added new attributes for Personal Information transactions in 21D. In order for approvals to work correctly, you will have to use your existing rules in combination with the new attributes.
Want to share it here in case it helps some of you. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out why the transactions weren't working as configured.
