Ability to enter data in memo accounts in ones in Strategic Modeling

Ability to enter data in a Strategic Modeling application in ones where the model has a default unit of thousands.

I'm building a POC in Strategic Modeling and I need to create a couple of memo accounts to capture assumptions data to be entered as percentages in units of ones . I have taken a copy of an existing model in the standard EPBCS demo application and made some changes and I noticed one of the old memo accounts v0305 ( which I repurposed for my demo) accepts data input in ones, and the other accounts, including new memo accounts, only accept input in thousands. ( see screenshots)
